CAPITAL ALIANZA was born in 2002 as a successor of Pallas Invest Ibérica, a company I personally incorporated and have chaired since 1989. It therefore counts on the professional experience of a trustworthy team I have been working with for nearly twenty years in this field of activity to which my personal dedication dates back to 1980.
Our company is involved in the design, execution and development of private equity investments in Spain, Portugal and France.
Our experience includes more than thirty successful transactions, in many different sectors. Success measured not only in financial terms for our investors but also in terms of satisfaction of our partners and counterparts in the companies in which we have invested. Both the entrepreneurs whose companies have benefited from our investments, and the investors in our transactions, have often requested to continue their business relationship with us. This is the greatest satisfaction anybody working in this field can receive.
In our opinion, the key to the success achieved until now precisely lies in the values that inspire our work each day: a commitment to people, great attention to detail and perseverance, the ability to evaluate individuals and situations, as well as transparency, respect and professionalism in our business relations.
Perseverance, both in the search for companies and high quality entrepreneurs and in the negotiations held with the same, as well as in our way of contributing value to the companies without interfering in their management.
We give importance to detail during negotiations, in prior investigations, when drawing up transactional documents, and in maintaining a high quality relationship with our partners and the executives of our investee companies. In this area, we owe much to the human and professional quality of the lawyers, auditors, experts and external advisors, whom we have asked faithfully for years to provide us support in the execution and perfection of our task.
However, the key factor to our success has been the ability to establish a relationship and deep commitment with the highest quality professionals in the business world. We managed to develop highly productive relations with them. Individuals are the ones who build and consolidate enterprises. Individuals are the ones who create value and do good businesses. We are always looking for high quality entrepreneurs, with interesting and convincing business projects, who are willing to adopt and apply adequate strategies in order to ensure the achievement of such projects, or even surpass them, who are also prepared to receive assistance and support, and are ready to share their success with us.
This is because we offer not only capital to our entrepreneur partners, but also our experience in directing value-creation, supporting strategy planning and development, adding external growth to the company’s organic growth, internationalizing company structures and activities, and providing support when developing and implementing information systems for business management and control.
