Investment policy – Term of investment

We carry out equity investments of between 10 and 30 million euros

CAPITAL ALIANZA invests in companies with high value-creation potential, committing its experience to their business development

We are temporary investors. CAPITAL ALIANZA’s standard term of investment is approximately five years, although this will depend in each case on the characteristics of the project and on the company’s management requirements.

Although, in principle, when making the investment, it is impossible to anticipate all the circumstances that will prevail at the time of divestment, shareholders’ agreements will provide all the fundamental features ensuring that CAPITAL ALIANZA’s and the entrepreneur’s interests are fully compatible at the term of our exit.

We closely monitor the company’s operating needs and ensure that the company is strengthened by our presence and not weakened by our exit.
