CAPITAL ALIANZA is constituted by a group of persons dedicated to the investment of capital to develop unlisted, medium-sized companies in Spain, Portugal and France.

CAPITAL ALIANZA has inherited the experience of a small group of partners, involved in the private equity investment business since 1980, with over 30 successful transactions. Between 1989 and 2001, Pallas Invest Ibérica acted as investment advisor for the Pallas Invest Iberian Fund and some private and institutional investors. In 2002, Pallas Invest Ibérica changed its name to CAPITAL ALIANZA, through which it continues to manage shareholdings in the capital of Spanish, Portuguese and French companies.

CAPITAL ALIANZA, the investment management company, is owned by its executives. It operates as a partnership where all relevant issues are debated on a regular basis among its members and where decisions are adopted by consensus. All members offer contrasted experience in private equity investment and company management. This experience covers company internationalization processes, restructuring, creation and management of new companies, as well as the design and implementation of business strategies.
