We carry out equity investments of between 10 and 30 million euros

CAPITAL ALIANZA invests in companies with high value-creation potential, committing its experience to their business development

We carry out equity investments of between 10 and 30 million euros in companies with high value-creation potential. In most cases, these are unlisted companies.

We seek companies with convincing track records and credible business plans. We do not invest in start-ups.

We only invest in companies based in Spain, Portugal and France, whilst at the same time we highly value their capacity for international growth as a main driver of expansion and value creation.

We do not invest in the real estate and "new technologies" (IT, biotechnology, etc.) markets. We do, however, strongly support the use of technology in business as a key factor to improve management and create value.

In certain situations, CAPITAL ALIANZA may consider investing in companies requiring a restructuring or a significant change in management. In such cases, the profile of an executive willing to turn himself into an entrepreneur or the entrepreneur himself, i.e. his financial and personal commitment as project leader is, if at all possible, even more decisive than in situations of greater stability.

At present, CAPITAL ALIANZA is clearly inclined to acquire majority interests and is prepared to consider a minority position only if it leads up to acquisition of a majority interest.
