CAPITAL ALIANZA counts on a network of relations with certain savings and financial institutions as well as family offices, both in Spain and abroad, which provide it with flexible funding sources for its investment projects.

CAPITAL ALIANZA has generated important returns, both for foreign institutions and Spanish and foreign private investors, who have invested over the years in our private equity deals in Spain, Portugal and France.

A large number of the deals closed in the past by CAPITAL ALIANZA’s partners benefited from the backing of first-rank private or institutional co-investors, both from Europe and the U.S.A. The mutual confidence built up with these investors over time has helped CAPITAL ALIANZA construct a solid financing base for attractive projects.

In addition, CAPITAL ALIANZA has developed easy access to established sources of structured debt financing (senior and mezzanine), including for deals involving minor amounts.
