1. Existence of an entrepreneur fully dedicated to the project.
2. Clear liquidity visibility at the end of the investment period.

Mainly Spain

Sector
Any sector, except:
    Financial
    Real estate
    High-technology

Other key criteria of the target company
Quality and entrepreneurial attitude of management
A leading position in its market segment
At least 3 years of operating history

Size of the equity investment
From 10 to 30 million euros

Investment period
From 4 to 6 years

Type of transaction
Any type of transaction, excluding start-up financing, but including:
    1. Replacement capital
    2. Capital development
    3. LBO/MBOs
    4. Public to private
    5. Restructuring

Shareholding size
Majority positions (from 50% to 80%), provided that the key executives always hold a minimum of 10-20% of the company’s capital.
